## Full description
**WHY THIS EXISTS**

Everyone has a pile of things they're avoiding.

A letter. A bill. A form. A decision they keep putting off because they don't know where to start.

Most of the time, the hard part isn't the task itself. It's not knowing what the task even is.

We built WHAT DO I DO? to close that gap. Give it the thing. Get a straight answer.

**WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES**

No dashboards. No accounts full of settings you'll never touch. No lecture.

You give it something confusing. It tells you what it is, whether it matters, and what to do about it. Then, where it can, it does some of the work with you — drafts the message, finds the number, sets the reminder.

That's it. That's the whole idea.

**WHY IT MATTERS**

The first hard thing is always the hardest. Once you've dealt with one confusing letter, the next one is a little less scary.

We're not trying to make you dependent on an app. We're trying to get you to the other side of the thing you're stuck on — a little more sure that next time, you'll know what to do.

**ONE MORE THING**

This isn't a lawyer. Isn't a doctor. Isn't a substitute for calling someone when it actually matters. It's a place to start when you don't know where to start.
